Record what happened after a Run

Use this after a Run with measurement set up. A completed list alone does not start measurement: the agreed action or handoff must be recorded.

Measured shortlist: the window starts at the recorded handoff, not when the list is generated.

For Measured shortlist, the window starts when approved tasks hand the batch to sales, or when you tell Claude to record the actual handoff date.

As your team works the accounts, give Claude the Run's link and report what happened:

Ask Claude
In this Run, [company] confirmed [specific need] on [date] and agreed to [next step]. Record that outcome with these notes as evidence: [notes].

Open Runs → your Run → Outcome. Check the progress, next check, missing evidence and verdict. Supported HubSpot evidence can be checked automatically; keep the team's own notes current. Salesforce outcome checks are unavailable.

Not measured means no measurement was set up. Too early to say means the observation is still open. Not enough evidence to say is not a failed sale.

Any proposed change to shared knowledge still needs a reviewer.
