Set up once

1. Sign in to your team's workspace.
2. Connect Claude. Choose chat or Code; you only need one.
3. Check What we know. If your team has already added knowledge, use it. Otherwise, add a product description or sales notes and review the suggestions.

Do your first task

Ask Claude to prepare for a call. A Play is the saved method it follows. A Run is this particular task; its result is saved under Runs.

Open the result, check its sources, and use it. Then save your own method if the task is one your team repeats. Set up outcome tracking when you want to learn whether the work helped.
