Adapt a Play to your team
Open the Play and choose More actions → Edit in your agent. Paste the copied instruction into Claude and describe the change:
- Original PlayMore actions → Edit in your agent
- Tell ClaudeDescribe the change
- New draftReview and activate
- Try itThen choose which Play to keep
Ask Claude
Keep this Play's purpose, but limit the brief to one page and put overdue promises first. Keep its allowed actions unchanged. Save the revised draft for review.
Editing creates a separate Play. Open the new draft, check it, and have someone with Reviews knowledge permission activate it.
The original remains available. Once the replacement works, use More actions → Retire on the original if the team should stop using it. Read the confirmation: other Plays may depend on it.
