Import a spreadsheet export

Export your sheet as CSV, or ask your data colleague for a CSV or JSON file. Excel workbooks are not supported.

  2. UploadSources → Add a source
  3. CheckType, dates, audience and rows
  4. UseTell Claude which source to read

Upload it through Sources → Add a source. Under Check what we read, confirm the export type, dates, time zone and who can see it.

Preparing the export: use these exact column names, or send them to your data colleague.

Export type Required columns
Candidate list provider_record_id, company_name, observed_at
Sales history account_id, account_name, outcome, opened_at
Activation user_id, signup_at

Include company domains where available. For activation, add first_effect_at when the first useful action is known and organization when available.

Open the saved source and check its rows. Unknown means the data does not establish the answer. Rejected rows need correction. Tell Claude which export to use for the task.
