A Play saves a method. A Run records one task, with its result and sources. Claude can also save a one-off task as a Run without a Play.

Result is what the task produced. Outcome is what happened after it was used, when measurement was set up. Call brief does not track sales impact; its outcome is Not measured.

Use Plays to choose a method and Runs to find saved work. Activating a Play makes it available. Start the task in Claude; activation does not execute or schedule it.
